Personal Training
$75/session
One-on-one sessions with your own personal Australian trainer. In these sessions we will work on your form, building your strength, and increasing your confidence in lifting weights. You can choose from 2 sessions a week or 3 sessions a week. If you’re interested in purchasing a bulk package for a few months, get in touch and we can work something out.
online personal training
$200/month
Online training customized to you and your goals. This includes access to my TrueCoach app, the platform I use to track and prescribe your workouts. Each week you will find a new set of workouts, personalized to your current fitness level, available equipment, and goals. This also includes two-way messaging with me along with monthly video calls to review your progress and plan for the coming month.
Couples Training
$100/session
Train with a mate and elevate not only your fitness game but theirs as well. It can be a spouse, friend, brother, sister, parent, or stranger (make a new friend)! You will each get specialized training for each of your goals,
