One-on-one sessions with your own personal Australian trainer. In these sessions we will work on your form, building your strength, and increasing your confidence in lifting weights.

online personal training
$200/month
Includes access to TrueCoach, the platform I use to track and prescribe your workouts. Each week you will find a new set of workouts, personalized to your current fitness level, available equipment, and goals.
This also includes two-way messaging with me along with monthly video calls to review your progress and plan for the coming month.
Couples Training
$100/session
Train with a mate and not only have some fun but save some money at the same time. It can be a spouse, friend, brother, sister, parent, or stranger (make a new friend)!
You will each get specialized training for each of your goals, and you will always have a teammate (or rival) to push each other each session.
GROUP Training
$30-40/session (per person)

Group training’s all about getting a bunch of your mates together to train hard, have a laugh, and push each other to be better.
It’s a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements, all wrapped into one high-energy session. No matter your fitness level, there’s always a way to scale things to suit you.
ASSISTED STRECHING
$50/session
Because we all do those daily stretches, we said we’d start doing…
I’ll give you a hand with your stretches, helping you get into positions you might struggle with on your own.
It’s great for loosening up tight muscles, improving flexibility, and just helping you feel more relaxed. Whether you're an athlete, sit at a desk all day, or just want to move better, assisted stretching can be a simple and comfortable way to take care of your body.
WORKOUT PROGRAMmING
$100/program
“I walk into the gym, and I have no idea what I am supposed to do!” Let me take the guess work out of it and give you a plan for when you walk through the gym doors.
A program should last for a month, giving you time to get used to the exercises and experiment with weights.
Whether you are brand new to the gym and working out, or you just don’t want to have to think about what exercise to do next, let your friendly neighborhood Aussie do the hard work for you.
